通知 | 關于進一步調整外國人來華簽證及入境政策的通知
時間：2023/3/20 14:36:15為進一步便利中外人員往來，決定自北京時間2023年3月15日零時起，就外國人來華簽證及入境政策作如下調整：
一、恢復2020年3月28日前簽發(fā)且仍在有效期內的簽證入境功能。
二、駐外簽證機關恢復審發(fā)外國人各類赴華簽證，具體要求詳見辦證須知。
三、口岸簽證機關恢復審發(fā)符合法定事由的各類口岸簽證。
四、恢復海南入境免簽、上海郵輪免簽，港澳地區(qū)外國人組團入境廣東免簽、東盟旅游團入境廣西桂林免簽政策。
In order to facilitate the people-to-people exchanges between China and other countries, the following new adjustments to Chinese visa and entry policies have been made, as effective from 12:00 p.m. on March 14, 2023 (EDT):
I. Foreigners with valid visas issued before March 28, 2020 will be allowed to enter China.
II. All categories of Chinese visas can be applied for.
III. Port visas are no longer suspended.
IV. The following visa-free policies will be resumed: Hainan visa-free policy for the 59 eligible countries, 15-day visa-free travel for cruise groups at Shanghai ports, visa-free entry to Guangdong Province for foreigners traveling as groups from Hong Kong and Macao SARs, visa-free entry to Guilin of Guangxi Autonomous Region for tourist groups from ASEAN countries.
